78th District Court sentencings posted Sept. 28, 2017.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Timothy Scott Robeck, 31, of 3777 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 26 to attempted disorderly person – jostling and was sentenced to 90 days at the court’s discretion over the next one year and $450 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense domestic violence was dismissed.

– Stephanie Lee Justice, 33, of 0-11 Fennessy St. SW, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Sept. 25 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $415 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Joshua David Tanis, 25, of 5360 172nd Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 25 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Counts of operating while intoxicated, operating without insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle were dismissed.

– Bobbie Lee Hopstaken, 58, of 267 S. 160th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 25 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Dakota Scott Fulford, 21, of 379 Laurel St., Walkerville, was found guilty of breaking and entering – illegal entry and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $400 in fines and costs; and $20 in restitution. One count of larceny less than $200 was dismissed.

– Jay Jay Lomupo, 32, of 425 E. Taylor Rd., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 25 of disorderly person – jostling and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Kriss Flores, 43, of 1599 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 25 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Hayden Tyler Mull, 24, of 6413 Stiles Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 25 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Margarito Rocha, 38, of 6827 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 25 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; $400 in fines and costs; and $55 in restitution. One count of second-offense retail fraud was dismissed. Rocha was also found guilty of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended was dismissed.
