HART — A 31-year-old Holton man faces up to 10 years in prison following his arrest for a felony of a embezzlement $20,000-$50,000.
It is alleged that Brandon Taylor Gerth, of 7442 Skeels Rd., “misappropriated sales commissions,” said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon, at David Allen Racing Motorsports in Oceana County’s Greenwood Township near Fremont.
Gerth was arrested Monday, Sept. 11, by the Michigan State Police, according to his 78th District Court file. A preliminary conference is scheduled for Sept. 25 at 3 p.m.
Gerth’s bail was set at $10,000/cash/surety.
He was just sentenced to time served, which was 130 days in jail, in Oceana County’s 27th Circuit Court Monday for a conviction of aggravated stalking.
