HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felony

– Orlando Acetty-Bermudez, 43, of 872 N.. 88th Ave., Hart, was arrested Sept. 1 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary conference: Sept. 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Ashley Paula Thomas, 28, of 8030 W. Lumberjack Dr., Mears; Hart Police Department (HPD); embezzlement less than $200. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Ernesto Alonso Lopez, 19, of 742 S. Oklahoma Ave., Brownsville, Texas; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating while intoxicated (OWI) and OWI with an occupant less than 16. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Martin Pascual Berumen, 223, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. Bail: Personal.

– Jay Jay Lomupo, 32, of 425 E. Taylor Rd., Hart; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Emily Inez Kroll, 21, of 611 Washington Ave., Ypsilanti, Michigan; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Spencer Adam Risner, 17, of 5369 Crooked Creek, Saranac, Michigan; MSP; marijuana possession and minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Sawyer Emmett-Gleason Brooks, 22, of 7974 Parsonage Rd., Saranac, Michigan; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Eric William Tatro, 22, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jacob Robert Waker, 18, of 50 Skyline Dr., Howell, Michigan; OCSO; improper plates. Pretrial: Sept. 29 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Joseph Alan Whelpley, 35, of 9077 W. 13 Mile Rd., Walkerville; MSP; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Sept. 29 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Joel Belen Flores, 26, of 2301 N. 116th Ave., Hart; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 29 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
