78th District Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Brody Alexander Penoyer, 22, of 1066 E. 98th St., Grant, was found guilty Aug. 31 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days at the court’s discretion over the next one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

– Tawnya Lyn Chaidez, 35, of 1150 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 30 of unlawful license plates/registration/title and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence and credit for time served if imposed. She was also found guilty of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Savanna Lee Anastasiades, 30, of 3642 N. 166th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Aug. 31 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail over the next one year and $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Bryen Vincent Gatt, 17, of 3790 Timbergreen, Howell, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 31 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to 93 days at court’s discretion over the next one year and $400 in fines and costs.
