HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Forbes
– Ian Prentiss Forbes, 22, of 9538 Fitzgerald Ave., Fremont, was arrested Aug. 4 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of distributing obscene material to children. Preliminary conference: Sept. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Stacey Kay Johnson, 32, of 1136 Hudson, Grand Rapids, was arrested
