COLFAX TOWNSHIP — A safe containing personal records and no money was stolen during a breaking and entering Monday, Aug. 28, in the 9000 block of North Lee Drive in the Walkerville area, said Michigan State Police Sgt. Charles Hockanson of the Hart post.
The case is under investigation.

– 9 a.m., car/bobcat crash, US 31 and Polk Road, Hart Township.
Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017:
– 12:15 a.m., a 31-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for driving while license suspended and on a fugitive warrant, Bartlett and Forrest streets, Village of Rothbury.
– 9:15 p.m., one-vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 and Webster Road, Grant Township.
– 10:30 p.m., trespassing complaint, 3000 block of 144th Avenue, Elbridge Township.
