Mears couple allegedly resist arrest following domestic assault.

GOLDEN TOWNSHIP — A Mears couple suspected of assaulting each other could also face felony charges of resisting and obstructing police following an incident Wednesday, Aug. 2, at 1 a.m. in the 5700 block of Mears Street, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.
“The situation is being reviewed for possible charges of resisting and obstructing the responding officers,” Mast said. “It has been turned over to the (Oceana County) Prosecutor’s Office for review and warrants.”
