HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Verschueren

– Henry Verschueren, 27, of 2149 152nd Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felonies of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim 13-15 years old; using computers to commit a crime; and accosting children for immoral purposes. The charges stem from an Oct. 28, 2016 incident in Ferry Township, according to his court file. Preliminary conference: Aug. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
