HART — This evening, the Oceana Summer Youth Theater will again present Shakespeare at Hart Commons. 

The age of the actors in this 18 member cast and crew range from a junior high student through high school and a few college grads. The talent is superb. It’s really no surprise that this is a great show. Even though this was not a Hart Public School production, you can certainly witness the influence and love of theater fostered by Tom Kirk and David Moul from the HHS Drama program in this show. This was a labor of love, produced and performed for free in the public commons. What a wonderful experience on a great summer evening. 

The first presentation was Friday with more opportunities: Saturday, July 15 at 7 p.m. with “Twelfth Night”. On Sunday is a double feature with “Twelfth Night” at 7 p.m. and “Midsummer Night’s Dream” showing at 8 p.m.

Come down, bring a chair, eat ice cream, laugh and enjoy Shakespeare on the Commons. The Hart Commons is an open air venue on the corner of Main and Hart Street in downtown Hart.
