HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Blackburn

– Joshua Michael Blackburn, 23, of 11471 Mitchell St., Hamtramck, Michigan, was arrested July 2 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor of trespassing. Preliminary conference: July 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Sanchez

– Juan Jose Sanchez, 44, of 3074 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was arrested July 1 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary conference: July 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Johnson

– Trevor Keith Johnson, 29, of 2857 White Lake Dr., Twin Lake, was arrested July 1 by OCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary conference: July 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Godwin

– Jason Lee Godwin, 36, of 962 Southern Ave., Muskegon, was arrested July 3 by MSP for a felony of cocaine possession – less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: July 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Jabri Williams, 23, of 209 Lincoln Ave., Muskegon; MSP; reckless driving. Pretrial: Aug. 1 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Robin Lee Jones, 61, of 8030 W. Lumberjack Dr., Mears; Hart Police Department; July 1; operating while intoxicated, operating without insurance and unlawful license plate use. Pretrial: July 27 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– David Fuentes, Jr., 26, of 3080 Maple Grove Rd., Muskegon; OCSO; July 6; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), unlawful license plate use; reckless driving and fourth-degree child abuse. Pretrial: Aug. 1 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jonathon James Rutledge, 22, of 2605 Deindorfer, Saginaw, Michigan; HPD; June 18; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
