78th District Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Nartinano Lopez Cantu, 32, of 511 Johnson St., Hart, was found guilty July 10 of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for one day served; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; six months probation; and $925 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Jason Garth Spoelhof, 19, of 345 W. Baker Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty July 10 of larceny $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of breaking and entering – illegal entry was dismissed.
– Jason Frederick Wood, 30, of 1884 Oak Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty July 10 of second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to six days in jail; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence;; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
