The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Tuesday, June 27, 2017:

– 3:30 p.m., (Michigan State Police), larceny of a cell phone, Electric Forest Festival, Rothbury.

– 5 p.m., (MSP), larceny of a cell phone and wallet, EF, Rothbury.

– 9 p.m., (MSP), a 34-year-old Detroit man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, EF, Rothbury.

– 11:15 p.m., (MSP), a 35-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for domestic violence, 5000 block of South 180th Avenue, Greenwood Township.

Wednesday, June 28, 2017:

– 12:25 a.m., (MSP), a 38-year-old Southbend, Indiana man was arrested for disorderly person, EF, Rothbury.

– 4:09 a.m.​, (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), breaking and entering; malicious destruction of property; and resisting and opposing arrest, Munn Street, Village of Hesperia.

– 7:19 a.m.​, (OCSO), traffic hazard, East Arthur Road and South 192nd Avenue, Greenwood Township.

– 10:38 a.m.​, (OCSO), vehicle crash, no injuries, Silver Lake State Park ORV area, Golden Township.

– 4:20 p.m., (MSP, OCSO), a 42-year-old Hart man was arrested for probation violation, 1000 block of East Clock Road, Elbridge Township.

– 4:50 p.m.​, (OCSO), child custody dispute, North 68th Avenue, Hart Township.

– 7:45 p.m., (MSP, OCSO), single-vehicle crash causing injury, southbound US 31 near Hayes Road, Shelby Township.

– 9:15 p.m.​, (OCSO), attempt to locate a vehicle, southbound US 31, Grant Township.
