Village property tax collection begins in July.

SHELBY — Collection of village property taxes begins July 1, and tax payments must be made no later than September 14 to avoid penalty fees.
Tax payments may be made every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the village hall located at 218 N. Michigan Ave. in downtown Shelby. The village treasurer is Randy Mahoney.
