HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Smith

– Ashley Ann Smith, 30, of 207 E. Jefferson St., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of larceny in a building. Preliminary conference: June 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Steven Delos Hamlin, 54, of 1110 E. Adams Rd., Hart, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary conference: June 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $20,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Douglas James Greenman, 47, of 310 W. 3rd St., Scottville, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary conference: June 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
