27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Riley
– Edward James Riley, 35, of 2163 Indian Trail, Muskegon, was found guilty June 19 of probation violation and was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 403 days served and $400 in fines and costs. He was discharged from probation unsuccessfully. Riley’s probation stems from an Oct. 26, 2015 conviction of lying to a police officer.
– Craig Robert Grinwis, 37, of 8025 44th Ave., Montague, was found
Grinwis
guilty April 10 of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and was sentenced June 19 to serve 45 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; work release allowed; 18 months probation; $2,758 in fines and costs; and driver’s license suspended 150 days/restricted 30 days. One count of marijuana delivery was dismissed.
