27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Bush

– Jessica Lyne Bush, 30, of 2725 Forrest St., Lot 16, Rothbury, was found guilty April 24 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced June 5 to serve 90 days up front of six-month discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $400 in fines and costs. An additional count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, one count of assault and battery, and one count of assaulting a prison employee were dismissed.

– Brandon Michael Hughes, 45, of 8086 W. Grant Rd., Shelby, was found guilty April 24 of possession of analogues and was sentenced June 5 to serve 64 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term

with credit for 64 days served; driver’s license suspended 30 days/restricted 150 days; 18 months probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of larceny in a building was dismissed.

– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 37, of 7080 Surf Court, Rothbury, pleaded “no contest” April 24 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police

and was sentenced June 5 to serve 61 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 61 days served; 18 months probation; $742 in restitution; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of police property was dismissed.

– Brent Norman Ginter, 24, of 3635 Culver Rd., Ludington, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced June 5 to serve 90 days of his discretionary jail term with credit for 40 days served; 7411 deferment revoked; driver’s license suspended 30 days/restricted 150 days; 18

months probation; and $400 in fines and costs. His probation stems from a June 24, 2016 conviction of cocaine/narcotic possession less than 25 grams.

– Dylan Gregory Rosse, 22, of 1221 W. Laketon, Muskegon, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced June 5 to six months in jail with credit for 142 days served; five years probation; must register as a sex offender; and $540 in fines and costs. Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) status revoked. His probation stems from a Nov. 12, 2013 conviction of accosting children for immoral purposes.

– Christopher Ora Eitniear, 50, of 8864 Loop Rd., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” April 24 to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and was sentenced June 5 to serve 159 days up front of a nine-month

discretionary jail term with credit for 159 days served; five years probation; must register as a sex offender for 15 years; and and $400 in fines and costs. Related story here

– Robert Wilson, 62, of 2560 S. 80th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty April 21 of embezzlement $20,000-$50,000

and false vehicle code certification and was sentenced June 5 to serve 150 days up front of a one-year and a nine-month discretionary jail terms with credit for one day served; three years probation; $70,000 in restitution; and $266 in fines and costs. One count of embezzlement $50,000-$100,000 and four counts of false vehicle code certification were dismissed. Related story here

– Jason Lee Spears, 23, of 3652 Algonquin Dr., Muskegon, was found guilty March 13 of third-degree fleeing police and was sentenced June
