27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Delacruz-Rodriguez/Delacruz-Ramirez
– Serafin Delacruz-Rodriguez AKA Serafin Delacruz-Ramirez, 27, of 88th Ave., Jackson Unit, Hart, was found guilty April 10 of breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced May 22 to one year in jail with credit for 96 days served; no contact with the victim; $1,447 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree home invasion and one count of unlawful imprisonment were dismissed.
– Paul Ernest Hesse, 63, of Fremont, pleaded “no contest” April 10 to

assault with a weapon/felonious assault and was sentenced May 22 to serve 30 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $500 in fines and costs. One count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of domestic violence were dismissed.
– Danella Marie Conkle, 40, of 4300 N. 188th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty April 10 of forgery and was

sentenced May 22 to serve 60 days up front of an 11-month discretionary jail term with credit for 16 days served; two years probation; $820 restitution ($650 to Wilson’s General Store, $110 to Dave’s Party Store and $60 to Pentwater Convenience Center); and $400 in fines and costs. One count of uttering and publishing was dismissed.
– Tanya Marie Hyde, 39, of 785 N. 176th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty April 10 of a high-court misdemeanor of lying to a police officer and was sentenced May 22 to serve 30 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs.
