HART — The Hart Police Department responded to two separate incidents of criminal sexual conduct (CSC) in the city limits Wednesday, May 31, at 2:45 p.m. and 8:44 p.m., according to Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar.

Thursday, May 25, 2017:

– 1:47 a.m., open door, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 3:54 a.m., assault and battery, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.

– 9:40 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 10:11 a.m., intimidation complaint, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 10:36 a.m., harassment complaint, 200 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart.

– 3:55 p.m., a 19-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by HPD, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 5:11 p.m., gas drive-off, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 6:16 p.m., assault and battery, 300 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
