Golf scramble to raise money for sheriff K-9 unit.

HART — The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office is hosting the Oceana K-9 Golf Scramble at the Colonial Golf Course Sunday, June 25, to raise funds for a K-9 unit at the sheriff’s office.

Registration and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

The cost is $55 per person/$165 per team.

Prizes for first, second and third place will be awarded. There will also be a silent auction and prizes. The event will also include a 50/50 drawing and a skins game. Hot dogs and chips will be served after golf.

The outing is limited to the first 65 teams.
