HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th in District Court:
– Jennifer Sue Kruisenga, 34, of 60 N. State St., Shelby, was found guilty May 8 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Franklin James Welch, 32, of 2669 Webster Rd., Montague, was found guilty May 2 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of second-offense DWLS dismissed.
– Nicholas Karl Bies, 56, of 3677 N. 144th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 3 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Michelle Renee Golnick, 30, of 5360 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days at the court’s discretion over the next one year and $290 in fines and costs.
– Miguel Angel Guerrero, 35, of 113 White St., Shelby, was found guilty May 8 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.
– Michael Ray Hale, 30, of 105 Woodlawn Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 8 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $440 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Scott Douglas Foster, 72, of 6971 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty May 8 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $440 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Stewart Walter Cripps, 27, of 7486 S. 102nd Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty May 8 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,040 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Robert Erie-Lee Bremer, 20, of 13 N. 192nd Ave., Apt. 1, Hesperia, was found guilty May 8 of marijuana possession and was sentenced to serve three weekends in jail; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; six months probation; and $610 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Matthew Robert Duty, 34, of 7121 Applehill Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty May 8 of domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; six months probation; no contact with the victim; and $975 in fines and costs.
– Kailee Marie Perez, 24, of 1526 Leahy St., Muskegon, was found guilty May 8 of domestic violence and was sentenced to serve three weekends in jail; three months probation; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $575 in fines and costs.
– Mitchell Edward Sokolowski, 25, of 8436 E. M 20, Hesperia, was found guilty May 8 of domestic violence and was sentenced to 20 days in jail; six months probation; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $550 in fines and costs. Court will allow day-for-day credit at in-patient rehab if defendant is accepted into the program, his court file states.
