HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Michael John Lyles, 46, of 6785 W. Johnson Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and controlled substance possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic). Preliminary exam: May 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jasen Lee Tyler, 51, of 8518 Robinhood Dr., Montague, was arrested 
by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary exam: May 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000cash/surety/10 percent.
– Dennis Bradford King, 53, of 5441 E. Arthur Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police for a felony of welfare fraud over $500. Preliminary exam: May 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Isaiah Daniel Aspy, 20, of 2308 128th Ave., Hart, was arrested by 
MSP for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary exam: May 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
– Ariel Jennifer Robbins, 27, of 104 E. Wigton St., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department for felonies of financial transaction – illegal sale/use and financial transaction device – stealing/retaining without consent. Preliminary exam: May 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Erica Marie Gray, 33, of 150 Seaway Dr., Apt. F, Muskegon; MSP; false report of a misdemeanor. Pretrial: May 9 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kurtis Allen Vereeke, 47, of 2263 S. 20th Ave., Shelby; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: May 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Brian Christopher Ford, 44, of 53 1/2 State St., Hart; HPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial was May 2. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Esperanza Rocha, 32, of 2919 E. Scout Rd., Hart; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial was May 2. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Lucas Wade Darling, 38, of 705 N. June Dr., Mears; OCSO; disorderly conduct. Pretrial was May 2. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Dustin Jarod Kokx, of 4935 E. Buchanan Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial was May 2. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Gordon Thomas Murat, 42, of 394 W. Filmore Rd., Hart; HPD; operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC), open intoxicants and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial was May 2. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Johnathon Robert McClernan, 20, of 5576 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; two counts of domestic violence and one count of minor in possess of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: May 9 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000.
– Richard William Kuehler, 53, of 8686 Hogan Rd., Walkerville; MSP; littering – object in path of vehicle and malicious destruction of property (MDOP) $200-$1,000. Pretrial: May 9 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Nick Charles Elliot, 58, of 5778 W. Grant Rd., Shelby; MSP; domestic violence. Pretrial: May 9 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Ryan Scott Whalley, 35, of 140 S. Rush St., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department; second-offense operating while intoxicated and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: May 9 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Joshua Joseph Maslowski, 35, of 3001 E. 82nd St., Newaygo; Shelby Police Department; disorderly conduct. Pretrial: May 9 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
