HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Abdiel Guereca, 21, of 354 State St., Shelby, was found guilty April 3 of controlled substance use – schedule 5 or LSD and was sentenced to 48 days in jail; six months probation; outpatient treatment; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted 150 days; and $925 in fines and costs.
– Raymond Lee Stafford, 27, of 2173 Philo, Muskegon, was found guilty May 1 of probation violation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He was also found guilty of domestic violence and was sentenced to 10 days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; six months probation; and $925 in fines and costs.
– Tristan James Hill, 19, of 78 N. State St., Shelby, was found guilty May 1 of operating without security/no insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Randy Alan VanderZanDen, 47, of 86 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty May 1 of unlawful license plate use and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $200 in fines and costs. He was also found guilty May 1 of no insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $300 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
– Justin Lee Knight, 30, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Trailer 24, Rothbury, was found guilty April 27 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Timothy Ryan Bowman, 22, of 5829 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 1 of second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Kyle Lee Tariske, 25, of 150 W. Main St., Apt. 3, Hart, was found guilty May 1 of no insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $300 in fines and costs. He was also found guilty May 1 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $200 in fines and costs.
– Amanda Louis Wiggins, 22, of 3660 W. Giles Rd., N. Muskegon, was found guilty May 1 of no insurance and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of marijuana possession was dismissed.
– Rachel Jade Tanner, 32, of 414 Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty May 1 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Lonnie Alan Rogers, 33, of 320 E. Main St., Hart, was found guilty May 1 of malicious use of telecommunications services and was sentenced to six months discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served; no contact with the victim; and $400 in fines and costs.
