78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Stone
– King Quin Stone, 50, of 5808 W. Sixth St., Mears, was arrested April 14 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony failure to register as a sex offender. Preliminary conference: May 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Alan Kent Wilson, 53, of 3340 Halls Lane, Ludington, was arrested April 17 by

the Michigan State Police for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and misdemeanors of marijuana possession and open intoxicants. Preliminary conference: May 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
