HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Wicker

– Jeremy Lawrence Wicker, 29, of 407 Johnson St., Hart, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Pretrial was April 24. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– James David Blackwood, 44, of 2010 Homewood Ave., Mishawaka, Indiana,

was arrested April 11 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) to face a felonies of fugitive from justice and home improvement fraud in Saint Joseph, Indiana following extradition.

– Jennifer Sue Kruisenga, 34, of 60 N. State St., Shelby; March 27; SPD; disturbing the peace. Pretrial: April 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Miguel Angel Guerrero, 35, of 103 White St., Shelby; March; SPD; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: April 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
