The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:
Thursday, April 6, 2017:
– 4:20 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 10:30 a.m., found property, 20 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 11:30 a.m., harassment, 200 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
– 3 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Polk Road and Industrial Park Drive, City of Hart. A 53-year-old Hesperia woman was cited for failure to yield.
– 3:15 p.m., disturbance, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 7:44 p.m., a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 10 block of South Courtland Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Friday, April 7, 2017:
– Noon, failure to return rental property, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 12:57 p.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
Saturday, April 8, 2017:
– 8:13 p.m., civil dispute, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 9:44 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
– 12:59 p.m., speeding, citation issued, Oceana Drive and Tyler Road, City of Hart.
Sunday, April 9, 2017:
– 3:53 a.m., disorderly person, US 31 and Polk Road, Hart Township.
– 11:45 p.m., a 40-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 300 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Monday, April 10, 2017:
– 9:06 p.m., a 30-year-old Hart man was arrested subsequent-offense driving while license suspended, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 10:03 p.m., disturbance, Hart and Johnson streets, City of Hart.
– 12:45 p.m., missing person, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
Tuesday, April 11, 2017:
