HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Kruisenga

– Rachel Marie Kruisenga, 24, of 7418 S. Evergreen, Branch, was arrested March 27 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary conference: April 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Neiko James Sheldon, 18, of 341 N. State St., Zeeland, was arrested April 3

Maynard

– Amy Louise Maynard, 45, of 2664 W. 36th Rd., Baldwin, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of forgery. Preliminary conference: April 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety. Maynard is also charged with a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) in a separate file stemming from a March 13 arrest by the Michigan State Police. Pretrial: April 11 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Rafael Edwardo Davis, 35, of 324 First St., Shelby, was arrested April

– Jeffrey Brian MacArthur, 28, of 916 N. 34th St., Mears; March 12; Hart Police Department (HPD); disorderly person – drunk. Pretrial: April 27 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Naomi Mae Breiler, 33, of 935 6th St., Pentwater; March 11; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 27 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jeremy Eugene Hovey, 26, of 128 S. 66th Ave., Shelby; March 19; OCSO; domestic violence. Jury trial: June 27 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Ken Robert Fillips, 25, of 2520 E. Polk Rd., Hart; March 11; HPD; operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: April 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
