HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Pheney
– Sean Ryan Pheney, 42, of 7113 S. Scenic Dr., New Era, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) March 23 following a State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) investigation for a felony of delivery/manufacture of 5-45 kilograms of marijuana. Preliminary conference: April 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– George Frederick Groat, 74, of 7094 116th Ave., Rothbury, was

arrested March 25 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender. Preliminary conference: April 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Joshua Reyna, 31, of 505 S. Dryden St., Hart; March 10; OCSO; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: April 4 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Saul Eduardo Botello-Hernandez, 20, of 387 Pine St., Shelby; March 22; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
