HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Matthew Gregory Stout, 19, of 781 W. Washington Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty March 27 of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) underage .02-.07. and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE) and $565 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.

– Gustavo Ramos, Jr., 38, of 2036 E. Madison Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 27 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; AHSE; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Counts of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC); operating without insurance; and transporting open intoxicants were dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Alexandria Pearl Woodbury, 21, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Lot 48, Hart, was found guilty March 27 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; AHSE; and $1,040 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Calvin James Greiner, 31, of 509 E. Wood St., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 27 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced March 27 to six months probation; outpatient treatment; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $925 in fines and costs; not to purchase or possess a firearm; subject to testing, counseling and searches as required by probation; no alcohol/drugs; and no assaultive behavior. Conviction reportable to SOS. One felony count of third-offense operating while intoxicated and one misdemeanor count of operating without insurance were dismissed.

– Brian Keith Ellison, 59, of 142 Wildwood Trail, Apt. 2, Ludington, was found guilty March 27 of domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; no contact with victim; six months probation; $925 in fines and costs; not to purchase or possess a firearm; subject to testing, counseling and searches as required by probation; no alcohol/drugs; and no assaultive behavior.

– Sergio Ramon Escamilla, 23, of 5648 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 27 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $279 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Isaac Edward Routley, 40, of 1213 N. 122nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 27 of larceny of money and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $750 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs.

Dismissal

– Brandon Lee Casebolt, 19, of 4105 McKinley Rd., Montague, one count of third-degree retail fraud was dismissed on a delayed sentence.
