Obituary: Susan Wade, 71, of Muskegon.

Susan Kay Wade, 71, formerly of Whitehall passed away March 24, 2017 at Christian Care Assisted Living Manor in Muskegon.

Susan was born February 27, 1946 in Hart, the daughter of Elizabeth (Bette) and Robert Tate. She attended Whitehall High School.

Susan is survived by her daughters: Sherri Jane (Brian) Gradisher of Whitehall and Becky Sue (Rob) Alway of Scottville; five grandchildren: Nikki Gradisher (Clare) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kayla Gradisher of Whitehall, Forest Lewis of Seoul, Korea, Avoca Alway and Sloane Alway, both of Scottville.  She is also survived by a sister and a brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter, Sondra Kay Grow.

Susan had a love for the water and her favorite towns of Whitehall, Pentwater and Hart. She enjoyed embroidery, gardening, music and reading.
