HART — The Hart Police Department responded to two separate criminal sexual conduct (CSC) incidents this week in the City of Hart.
An incident was reported Monday, March 20, at 1:10 p.m., according to Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar. Another CSC case was reported Wednesday, March 22, at 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 16, 2017:
– 9:58 a.m., (HPD), medical assist, 600 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 4 p.m., (HPD), personal protection order (PPO) violation, 200 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
Friday, March 17, 2017:
– 10:45 a.m., (HPD), assault and battery, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 11:37 a.m., (HPD), warrant arrest, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart. A 28-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
– 4:23 p.m., (HPD), driving while license suspended (DWLS), 1000 block of State Street. A 47-year-old Shelby man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 4:30 p.m., (HPD), hit-and-run crash, 900 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 6:15 p.m., (HPD), threats complaint, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 11:21 p.m., (HPD), driving while license expired, citation issued, Polk Road and 64th Avenue, City of Hart.
Saturday, March 18, 2017:
– 12:46 a.m., (HPD), alarm , 100 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 1:20 a.m., (HPD), medical assist, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
– 10 p.m., (HPD), noise complaint, 1000 block of Parmington Avenue, City of Hart.
– 10:45 p.m., (HPD), gas drive-off, $10 in fuel was stolen, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 2:28 p.m., (HPD), speeding, citation issued, Oceana Drive and Tyler Road, City of Hart.
– 10:30 p.m., (HPD), wellbeing check, 400 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
Monday, March 20, 2017:
– Noon, (HPD), malicious destruction of property (MDOP)/ trespassing, Water Street, City of Hart.
– 1:15 p.m., (HPD), domestic assault, 200 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart. A report will be submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
– 2 p.m., (HPD), truancy, Hart Spitler Elementary School, City of Hart.
– 6 p.m., (HPD), disturbance, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
Tuesday, March 21, 2017:
– 9 a.m., (HPD), found property/suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
– 9:30 a.m., (HPD), vehicle crash, no injuries, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
– 11:50 a.m., (HPD), warrant arrest at the Hart Police Department, City of Hart. A 30-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
