– 5:29 p.m., (HPD), a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Oceana County Sheriff’s Office, City of Hart.
– 9:15 p.m., (HPD), harassment, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.

– 5:33 p.m., (HPD), motorist assist, 600 block of Woodlawn Court, City of Hart.
Sunday, March 5, 2017:
– 4:02 p.m., (HPD), illegal entry, 300 block of Water Street, City of Hart. An investigation is ongoing.

– Midnight, (HPD), a 28-year-old Hart woman was arrested for domestic assault and lodged in the Oceana County Jail, 200 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart.
– 8:36 p.m., (HPD), retail fraud, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart. A report will be submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
– 2:30 p.m., (HPD), gas drive-off, $20 in fuel stolen, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 2:35 p.m., (HPD), larceny theft from a vehicle, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart. A purse was taken from an unlocked vehicle but then located Tuesday, March 7. An investigation is ongoing.
