HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Dumont
– Theodore Allen Dumont, 42, of 2700 W. Connie St., Rothbury, was arrested March 3 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under age 13. Preliminary conference: March 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Agustus Reuben Gale, 17, of 5178 W. Fox Rd., Mears, was arrested March 7

by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering with intent. Preliminary conference: March 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
Dean
– Linsey Jo Dean, 30, of 5570 Dowling St., Montague, was arrested March 6 by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of delivery of marijuana to a minor and delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary conference: March 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Danella Marie Conkle, 40, of 4300 N. 188th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested March 6 by OCSO for felonies of forgery and uttering and

Goerbig
– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 37, of 7080 Surf Court, Rothbury, was arrested March 6 by OCSO for felonies of malicious destruction of fire or police property and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Preliminary conference: March 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

– Tanya Marie Hyde, 39, of 785 N. 176th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested March 1 by OCSO for a high-court misdemeanor of lying to a police officer. Preliminary conference: March 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
