Monday, Feb. 27, 2017:
– 3:17 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), suspicious situation, 300 block of East Concord Street, Village of Pentwater.
– 4:49 a.m., (OCSO), suspicious situation, North Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
– 5:53 a.m., (OCSO), a 32-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for fleeing and eluding police and violating the controlled substances act, Harrison Road and 176th Avenue.
– 7:17 a.m., (OCSO), car/deer crash, West Monroe Road and North 72nd Avenue, Weare Township.
– 7:26 a.m., (OCSO), a 28-year-old Shelby man arrested on a warrant for simple assault, 300 block of Maple Street, Village of Shelby.
– 1 p.m., (Hart Police Department), assist to Oceana County Child Protective Services, 100 block of Woodlawn Street, City of Hart.
– 2:45 p.m., (HPD), found property – debit card, owner was located, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 5:51 p.m. (OCSO), a 20-year-old Hart woman was arrested for a misdemeanor traffic warrant out of Muskegon County, Polk Road, Hart Township.
– 6:53 p.m., (OCSO), car/deer crash, West Harrison Road near North 64th Avenue, Golden Township.
– 9:42 p.m., (OCSO), a 21-year-old Shelby woman was arrested for failure to pay a booking fee ticket, South Oceana Drive, Shelby Township.

– 7 a.m., (OCSO), car/deer crash, Monroe Road and 120th Avenue, Crystal Township.
– 9:40 a.m., (OCSO), abandoned vehicle, Double JJ Resort, Grant Township.
– 11 a.m., (HPD), a 22-year-old Shelby man was arrested for a probation violation, Oceana County Probation Parole Office, City of Hart.
– 11:38 a.m., (OCSO), medical assist, West 8th Street, Village of Shelby.
– Noon, (HPD), illegal use of a financial transaction device, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart. An investigation is ongoing.
– 1:37 p.m., (OCSO), vehicle crash, no injuries, northbound US 31 near Hammett Road, Pentwater Township.
– 2:15 p.m., (HPD), suspicious situation, 600 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
