HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felony
– Jaime Bernal, 32, of 5397 E. Harrison Rd., Walkerville, was arrested Feb. 27 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of no security/no insurance. Preliminary conference: March 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Kelsey Marie Hammersley, 28, of 7462 S. 644th Ave., Montague; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 7 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Oben Isaias Gaytan, 28, of 350 N. Maple St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 7 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Michael Patrick Canning, 52, of 3893 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia; Michigan State Police; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: March 7 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
