Drunk driving arrests top police activity.

The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office and the Hart Police Department handled four drunk driving arrests over the last few days.
The following is recent police activity:
Thursday, Feb. 9 2017:
– 6:58 p.m., (Hart Police Department), alarm, 3000 block of Polk Road.
Friday, Feb. 10, 2017:
– 4:56 p.m., (HPD), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, no citations issued, 200 block of State Street.
– 4:47 p.m., (HPD), a 50-year-old New Era woman was cited for expired registration, North Oceana Drive and Tyler Road.
Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017:
– 12:04 p.m., (HPD), malicious destruction of property, 100 block of Enterprise Drive.
– 4:13 p.m., (HPD), a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail on charges of operating while intoxicated (OWI), driving while license suspended (DWLS) and open intoxicants, Wood Street and Hart Street. A report will be submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office seeking a charge of driving without insurance.
– 6:53 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 39-year-old Hart man arrested for OWI, Monroe Road and Oceana Drive, Weare Township.
Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017:
– 12:31 a.m., (OCSO), a 21-year-old Hart woman was arrested for OWI, 72nd Avenue and Polk Road, Hart Township.
– 1:06 a.m., (OCSO), car/deer crash, M 20, Newfield Township.
– 1:52 a.m., (OCSO), unwanted person, 1400 block of West Baseline Road, Hart Township.
– 3:11 a.m., (HPD), a 20-year-old Hart man was arrested for OWI and DWLS and lodged in the Oceana County Jail, State Street and Polk Road.
– 3:16 a.m., (OCSO), verbal dispute, 700 block of East Arthur Road, Otto Township.
– 4:31 a.m., (OCSO), alarm, 4300 block of West Monroe Road, Weare Township.
– 4:52 a.m., (OCSO), motorist assist, US 31, Weare Township.
– 6:30 a.m., (OCSO), alarm, 9400 block of South Indian Hills, Claybanks Township.
– 9:30 a.m., (OCSO), attempt to locate subject, City of Hart.
– 10:07 a.m., (OCSO), civil dispute, 2300 block of South 118th Avenue, Ferry Township.
– 10:53 a.m.,(OCSO), illegal burn, Beverly Road and Stony Lake Road, Benona Twp.
– 11:30 a.m., (OCSO), vehicle crash, no injuries, South 132nd Avenue and Loop Road, Ferry Township.
– 1:11 p.m., (HPD), a 37-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail for no operator’s license and two bench warrants, Dryden and Lincoln streets. A report will be submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office seeking a charge of operating without security.
– 3:20 p.m., (OCSO), alarm, 1200 block of North 100th Avenue, Hart Township.
– 4:46 p.m., (OCSO), assist to fire, 6400 block of North 104th Avenue.
– 6:42 p.m., (OCSO), traffic hazard, US 31 and M 20, Shelby Township.
Monday, Feb. 13, 2017:
– 7:30 a.m., (OCSO), alarm, 4000 block of South 198th Avenue, Newfield Township.
– 8:05 a.m., (HPD), alarm, 4000 block of Polk Road.
– 11:30 a.m., (OCSO), lost child, was soon found, 7600 block of South Michigan Avenue, Rothbury.
– 12:03 p.m., (OCSO), a 52-year-old Hesperia man arrested on a Michigan State Police traffic warrant, Oceana Courthouse, Hart.
– 12:58 p.m., (Michigan State Police), larceny of truck parts, 128th Avenue and Wilke Road, Otto Township.
– 2:02 p.m, (OCSO), wellbeing check, Tyler Road and US 31, Hart Township.
– 2:56 p.m., (OCSO), assault, 400 block of East Shelby Road, Shelby Township.
– 5:35p.m., (OCSO), juvenile pickup order, 2700 block of West Shelby Road, Shelby Township. The juvenile was transported to Ottawa County Juvenile Detention Center.
– 8:10 p.m., (OCSO), a 37-year-old Muskegon man was arrested on a child support warrant at the Muskegon County Jail.
– 9:06 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault, 900 block of East Sunset Drive, Newfield Township. Under investigation.
– 10:09 p.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, 2300 block of North Water Road, Hart Township. No arrest was made.
– 10:15 p.m., (HPD), assist to Oceana County Sheriff’s Office, domestic assault, Water Road, Hart Township.
