Assaults top police activity.

The following is recent police activity:
Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017:
– 1 a.m., (Hart Police Department), disturbance/verbal argument, 700 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart. No physical assault occurred.
– 3:30 p.m., (HPD), medical assist, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 5:05 p.m., (HPD), disturbance, State and Wigton streets, City of Hart. The individual left before the officer’s arrival.
– 7:40 p.m., (HPD), domestic assault, 700 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart. A report will be submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017:
– 1:06 p.m., (HPD), medical assist, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
– 4:44 p.m., (HPD), domestic assault, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart. A report will be submitted over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017:
– 3 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 38-year-old Shelby woman was cited for expired operator’s license, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, Hart Township.
– 3:50 p.m., (HPD), assault and battery, Johnson and State streets, City of Hart. A report will be submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
– 11:40 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Monroe Road and 104th Avenue, Weare Township.
