HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felony
– Paul Ernest Hesse, 63, of 8593 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – force or coercion stemming from his original arrest Nov. 25, 2016 for a misdemeanor domestic violence charge. Preliminary conference: Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
High-court misdemeanors
– Christopher John Magaluk, 28, of 2211 Arthur Rd., Rothbury, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a high-court misdemeanor of second-offense marijuana possession, along with misdemeanors of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC), open intoxicants in a vehicle and operating an unregistered vehicle. Preliminary conference: Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Kevin Aden Page, 35, of 3763 Richardson Ave., Muskegon; Feb. 2; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 1 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Terry Donald Pearo, 24, of 1185 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury; Feb. 5; MSP; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 14 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– David Ryan Jordan, 17, of 507 N. 200th Ave., Hesperia; Feb. 5; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 14 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Tommy Allen Hitchcock, 37, of 412 S. Hart St., Hart; Jan. 29; Hart Police Department; assault and battery. Pretrial: Feb. 7 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
