Suspicious substance found at store.

ROTHBURY — Oceana County sheriff deputies were dispatched to a “suspicious situation” at the Wesco store at the corner of Oceana Drive and Winston Road Sunday, Feb. 5, at 10:28 p.m. for a “found substance,” said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

Friday, Feb. 3, 2017:
– 2:04 p.m., (Hart Police Department), assault and battery reported, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart. The incident occurred Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017. A report was submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017:
– 8:30 a.m., (HPD), assist to Oceana County District Court Probation, 200 block of Dryden Street and 500 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart. Conducted Preliminary Breath Test (PBT).
– 9:05 a.m., (HPD), harassment, 300 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
– 7:15 p.m., (HPD), larceny of prescription medication, 1000 block of Parmington Avenue, City of Hart. An investigation is ongoing.
Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017:
– 2:23 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), phone fraud, 2300 block of West Cleveland Road, Grant Township.
– 5:25 p.m., (OCSO), traffic hazard, US 31, Grant Township.
– 6:24 p.m., (OCSO), civil dispute, 3700 block of Cabmoosa Trail, Ferry Township.
– 11:22 p.m., (OCSO), a 24-year-old Walkerville man was cited for registration violation, North 186th Avenue, Colfax Township.
Monday, Feb. 6, 2017:
– 11:40 a.m., (HPD), soliciting, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. Individuals left upon officer’s arrival.
– 1:55 p.m., (HPD), malicious destruction of property – a mailbox was damaged, 900 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 2 p.m., (HPD), two-vehicle crash, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart. No injuries and no citations issued.
– 6 p.m., (HPD), harassment, 400 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 10:15 p.m., (HPD), abandoned vehicle, Apple and West Main streets, City of Hart. Vehicle owner was located and vehicle was removed.
Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017:
– 8:16 a.m., (OCSO), juvenile delinquency, North 116th Avenue, Elbridge Township.
