HART — The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Flanery
– Joshua Michael Flanery, 23, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Apt. 111, Shelby, was arrested Jan. 24 by OCSO for felonies of assault by strangulation, felonious assault and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Feb. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Antonio Luna, Jr., 34, of 2919 E. Scout Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 24 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of a uttering and publishing. Preliminary conference: Feb. 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

-Brandon Dean McCann, 25, of 4591 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was arrested by the

– Joshua Gutierrez, 18, of 2880 Polk Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 19 by the

– Bruce Wayne Woodward, 64, of 5349 S. 164th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Hesperia Police Department for
felonies of carrying a concealed weapon, felonious assault and felony firearms. Preliminary conference: Feb. 6
