HART — The following were recently sentenced in 78th District Court:
– Randy Craig Denevan, 30, of 9282 S. 192nd Ave., Holton, was found guilty Jan. 31 of breaking and entering – illegal entry and was sentenced to 42 days in jail with credit for 42 days served; 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $250 in fines and costs.
– Michelle Marie Lattin, 49, of 4161 198th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Jan. 30 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) dismissed.

-Mark Scott Pruitt, 27, of 3013 8th St., Muskegon, one count of trespassing was dismissed Jan. 23.
– Ray Anthony Hutchinson, 45, of 2451 Washington Rd., Pentwater, one count of improper registration dismissed Jan. 31.
– Wendy Sue Tietz, 49, of 1098 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury; one count of failure to report an accident dismissed Jan. 31.
– Kirk Alan Pangburn, 29, of 2360 W. Jackson Rd., Hart one count of reckless driving dismissed Jan. 31.
– James Scott Hughes, 47, of 7140 S. Westshore Dr., Rothbury; one count of breaking and entering – illegal entry was dismissed Jan. 31.
– Joshua Reyna, 30, of 504 S. Dryden St., Hart, one count of a illegal entry was dismissed Jan. 30.
– Timothy Lee Luce, 47, of 786 Holton Whitehall Rd., Whitehall; one count of failure to apply for new snowmobile registration was dismissed Jan. 26. Defendant had purchased stickers, but they failed to affix to the snowmobile, his court file states.
