HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Johnson

Johnson

– Michael Melvin Johnson, 64, of 500 Fruitvale Rd., Montague, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 19 to first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13 years old and was sentenced Jan. 30 to five to 25 years in prison with credit for 237 days served in jail; lifetime electronic monitoring; and $258 in fines and costs. Three counts of first-degree CSC were dismissed

– Kenneth Eugene Carr, 18, of 6981 128th Ave., Rothbury, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 19 to first-degree CSC – victim under 13 years old and was sentenced Jan. 30 to 51 months to 25 years in prison with credit

for 97 days served in jail; lifetime electronic monitoring; and $258 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree CSC was dismissed.

– Xavier Sanchez, 30, of 552 Fowler St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 9 of second-degree CSC – victim under 13 years old and was sentenced Jan. 30 to serve nine months up front of a one-year discretionary jail with credit for 161 days served in jail; and $400 in fines and costs. Three counts of third-degree CSC – victim 13-15 years old were dismissed.

– Albert Davis, 29, of 285 Lakeview Dr., White Cloud, was found guilty Nov. 14 of failing to comply with duties for sex offender registration

and squatting. He was sentenced Jan. 30 to serve eight months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 90 days served for count 1; a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for 90 days served for count 2; one year probation; and $468 in fines and costs.

– Javier Borrego, 31, of 354 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 12 of unarmed robbery and was sentenced Jan. 30 to one year in jail with credit for 98 days served; two years probation; and $1,922 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of armed robbery and one count of assault with a weapon were dismissed.

– Shane Andrew Boedeker, 30, of 18659 State Route 41, West Union, Ohio, was found guilty Nov. 14 of possession of a non-narcotic and was sentenced Jan. 30 to serve 25 days up front of an 11-month

discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended 150 days/restricted 30 days; and $750 in fines and costs.

Gardner

– Grahm Carl Gardner, 30, of 1686 New St., Muskegon, was found guilty Dec. 5 of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and was sentenced Jan. 30 to serve four months up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; work release allowed; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of manufacturing marijuana was dismissed.

– Travis Arden Clements, 35, of 5622 Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty Dec. 19 of delivery of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and was sentenced Jan. 30 to serve eight months up front of a one-year
