Walkerville man arrested for drunk driving following rollover crash.

HART TOWNSHIP — A 24-year-old Walkerville man was arrested by Oceana County Sheriff’s deputies for operating while intoxicated Thursday, Jan. 26, at 3:07 a.m. following a rollover crash at the intersection of State and Karen streets.
The Hart Police Department (HPD) assisted at the scene. The crash, which was dispatched shortly before 1 a.m., involved a downed power line, according to dispatch information.
According to a witness, the suspect fled the scene following the crash, and the downed power line caused a power outage in a nearby subdivision.

– 4:20 p.m., (HPD), a 23-year-old Hart man was arrested for a personal protection order (PPO) violation, 20 block of Mechanic Street, City of Hart.
– 5:15 p.m., (MSP), rollover crash causing minor injuries, 72nd Avenue and Baseline Road, Hart Township.
