27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Bernabe Luevano, 24, of 134 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 21 of third-degree fleeing/resisting/obstructing police and operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL). He was sentenced Jan. 18 to one year in jail with credit for 120 days served; driver’s license revoked; and $400 in fines and costs. His sentence runs concurrently to a Muskegon County prison sentence of three to 20 years in prison for a first-degree home invasion conviction.

– Andrew Michael Martin, 22, of 19009 Grotto Lane, Germantown, Maryland, was found guilty Oct 31 of non-narcotic possession and

sentenced to serve 10 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; one year probation; driver’ license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $750 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed.

Howard Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 7 of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. He was sentenced Jan. 18 to serve five months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine was dismissed.

– Joey Jon Amato, 47, of 235 Harrison Rd., Lombard, Illinois, was found guilty Oct. 17 of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced Jan. 18 to serve 30 days up front of a 90-day discretionary jail term with credit for one

day served; one year probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $750 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine was dismissed.

– Ottoniel Fonseca, 20, of 211 Dryden St., Hart, pleaded “non contest” Dec. 5 to second-degree child abuse. He was

sentenced Jan. 18 to serve two to 10 years in prison, with credit for 251 days served in jail, and $258 in fines and costs. Three counts of criminal sexual conduct (CSC) victim 13-15 years of age were dismissed.
