HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Rogers

– Lonnie Alan Rogers, 33, of 320 Main St., Hart, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary conference: Jan. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

– Steven Girard Ordway, 54, of 143 E. 5th St., Shelby, was arrested by the Hart

Bowman

– Timothy Ryan Bowman, 22, of 29 N. Apple St., Hart, was arrested by SSCENT for a felonies of controlled substance possession – narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and controlled substance – imitation manufacture or distribution. – William Paul Flood, 51, of 1194 N. 100th Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-offense
