HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Fuller

– Sidney B. Fuller, 54, of 3761 N. 144th Ave., Hart, was arrested Dec. 16 by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of larceny in a building and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Jan. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
