WALKERVILLE — Things are going to get wild at the inaugural Wild Game Dinner at Walkerville Wesleyan Church Saturday, Jan. 14, at 5 p.m.
The menu will include wild game such as fish, venison, turtle, bear and quail; vegetable; rolls; cake; and cookies. There will be door prizes, vendors and silent auction. Terry Montambo will provide a program.
Tickets are $7 for adults; $3.50 for kids ages 4-12; and children age 3 and under are free. There is a limited number of tickets, so contact Lynn at 231-873-3459 for tickets.
This is a fundraiser event, and all proceeds benefit improving the church’s parking lot. The Walkervile Wesleyan Church, located at 144 S. Hamon St., holds many community events and dinners, so having a paved parking lot would improve access for visitors and members.
Please note that the wild game served at this facility has not been subject to state or federal inspection.
Follow and share Walkerville Wesleyan Church’s event page on Facebook with friends and family. Watch for announcements about additional wild game, door prizes, vendors and silent auction items as they commit to the event.
