HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 17, of 84 Ellis St., Shelby, was arrested Dec. 5 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for two felony counts of receiving and concealing firearms; larceny of firearms; and two counts of felony firearm. Preliminary conference: Jan. 3 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

– Elsa Johanna Fulco, 48, of 2725 Forrest St., Rothbury, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: Jan. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Frank Murry Hovey, 42, of 1021 E. Adams Rd., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); recreational trespassing. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Charles Barnard Hicks, Jr., 45, of 202 Dryden St., Apt. A, Hart; Dec. 14; Hart Police Department (HPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Don Vega, 65, of 7179 W. Filmore Rd., Mears; Shelby Police Department; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Lawrence Leroy Freeland, 54, of 1503 W. McKinley Rd., Rothbury; marijuana possession; operating while intoxicated; and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Christopher Ryan Manning, 35, of 9560 East Lane, Montague; MSP; operating without insurance and assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Paul Ernest Hesse, 63, of 8593 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 10 at 1: 45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Tristin David Tanner, 20, of 218 Pine St., Shelby; DNR; shining with a weapon in possession. Pretrial: was Dec. 21. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Michael Lloyd Genther, 31, of 614 Hillcrest R., Paw Paw, Michigan; DNR; taking over-limit of bucks – antler point restriction. Pretrial: was Dec. 21. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Joshua Reyna, 30, of 504 S. Dryden St., Hart; Dec. 15; HPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
