HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Zachary Aaron Dixon, 23, of 748 Winter St., Spring Lake, was found guilty Nov. 21 of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) less than $200 and was sentenced Dec. 12 to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Kyle Gerald Hiscott, 36, of 104 S. Rush St., Pentwater, was found guilty Dec. 12 of operating while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of failure to report an accident and one count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) were dismissed.

– Joseph John Hamlin, 41, of 11632 Indian Bay Rd., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 12 of operating with a high BAC and was sentenced Dec. 12 to 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $415 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.

– Brenda Kay Bogue, 57, of 4599 Third St., New Era, was found guilty Dec. 12 of disorderly person – jostling and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and a $75 fine. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Shannon Marie Guzman, 34, of 7741 W. Range Rd., Mears, was found guilty Dec. 12 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; must continue current counseling; and $415 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Jonathan Henry Schwab, 19, of 150 W. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 12 of squatting and was sentenced to 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and a $75 fine.

– Rafael Riley, 17, of 150 W. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 12 of squatting and was sentenced to 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and a $75 fine.

– Kenneth Wayne DeWindt, Jr., 41, of 2727 Meyer Ave., SW, Wyoming, Michigan, was found guilty Dec. 13 of shining after 11 a.m. and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $150 in fines and costs.

– Patrick J. Kunz, 23 ,of 915 Bridel Lane, Cary, Illinois, was found guilty Dec. 13 of OWI and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; must complete substance abuse evaluations recommendations and show completion to the court; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Crystal Joy Busscher, 20, of 6231 Filimore, Allendale, was found guilty Dec. 13 of person under 21 with a BAC .02-.07 and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); Victims’ Impact Panel; and $600 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Tawnya Lyn Chaidez, 34, of 1130 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 13 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

– Danielle Kristen Hatmaker, 32, of 710 E. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 13 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of OWI was dismissed.

Dismissals

– Frederick Joseph Vanderstelt, 60, of 7594 E. Scout Rd., Walkerville, one count of trespassing on recreational farmland was dismissed Dec. 12 through a delayed sentence “on the motion of the court without prejudice” and “shall be immediately discharged from confinement in this case,” his court file states.

– John Joseph Norman, 19, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, one count of assault and battery and one count of domestic violence were dismissed Dec. 12 “on the motion of the court without prejudice” and “shall be immediately discharged from confinement in this case,” his court file states.

– Herald Raymond Rood, 48, of 87 Ferry St., Shelby, one count of domestic violence was dismissed Dec. 12 through a delayed sentence “on the motion of the court without prejudice” and “shall be immediately discharged from confinement in this case,” his court file states.

– Alberto Urbano, 48, of 54406 Egmont Key Ave., Macomb, Michigan, one count of reckless use of firearms was dismissed Dec. 12 through a delayed sentence “on the motion of the court without prejudice” and “shall be immediately discharged from confinement in this case,” his court file states.

– Joshua Lamont Moore, 31, of 415 Hart St., Hart, one count of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device was dismissed Dec. 12 “on the motion of the court without prejudice” and “shall be immediately discharged from confinement in this case,” his court file states.
