HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felony

– Austin Michael Nead, 20, of 6659 Clock Rd., Walkerville, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of failure to register as sex offender. Preliminary conference: Dec. 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Anthony Wayne Stark, 34, of 381 W. Grand Ave., Muskegon; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); disorderly conduct. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

– James Edward Urban, 55, of 925 Sherwin St., Cedar Springs; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial was Dec. 13. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Beth Ann Ragen, 38, of 5630 W. 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
