HART — The Hart Police Department is investigating an incident that involved a suspect brandishing a gun at a pedestrian on Hart Street Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 9:05 p.m., said Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar.

A male pedestrian was approached by a dark-colored SUV, and the passenger began talking to him. The SUV driver then brandished a firearm at the pedestrian and drove away, Salazar said.

No one was injured.

Friday, Dec. 9, 2016:

  • 3:12 p.m., domestic assault and criminal sexual conduct (CSC) reported, 200 block of Dryden Street. Case is under investigation.

Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016:

  • 11:30 p.m., attempted larceny from an unlocked vehicle, 300 block of South Water Street. Police located and interviewed a suspect. A report has been submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.

Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016:

  • 5:18 p.m., a 46-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic violence, 200 block of Dryden Street.

Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016:

  • 12:01 a.m., a 30-year-old Hart man was arrested following a domestic assault, 500 block of Church Street. The suspect is also under investigation for a charge of unlawful entry at the same location.
